Marie's personal healing journey started in 2018, when her first time spent away from her young family, high flying career and the demands of running a busy household, provided some rare time to think. She was left with many questions, "was this it, who was she when she wasn't being a mum, a wife, a manager?" "Would the rest of her life just be more of the same, always rushing, trying to be everything to everyone, often feeling as though she wasn't doing a good enough job, each part of her life needing more from her, always falling short in one way or another". 

After spending the next couple of years only really scratching the surface via various counsellors she found Experiential Healing, which completely transformed her way of thinking and being.  The transformation was so profound that Marie studied Experiential Healing so she could help others to heal in the way that she had. 

This was the catalyst for Marie to completely change the journey she was on, and make plans to leave her 25 year career at a large corporate firm, beginning life in a new direction, helping others to heal. This new alignment felt more fulfilling whilst also providing the flexibility to be able to follow one of her dreams and travel, and be more able to be the sort of mum she wanted to be. 

Learning the importance of looking after our "whole being" and experiencing personally how our mental/emotional wellbeing is so intrinsically linked to our physical health. Marie has since qualified in Reiki, Reflexology and Sound Therapy meaning she is able to support clients with a truly Holistic Approach.
